By accessing or using slick.ge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator of slick.ge. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

slick.ge is a private authentication gateway designed for personal use. This Service:

2.2 Invitation-Only Access

Access to this Service is granted solely at the discretion of the administrator. There is no automatic enrollment, public signup, or entitlement to access. The administrator may:

• Grant or deny access to any individual
• Revoke access at any time without notice or explanation
• Modify the list of authorized users at will

3. Account and Access

3.1 Authentication Requirements

To access the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Be explicitly authorized by the administrator
• Have your Google account email address on the allowlist
• Successfully complete OAuth authentication through Google

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• All activities that occur under your authenticated session
• Logging out when using shared or public devices
• Notifying the administrator if you suspect unauthorized access

3.3 No Account Sharing

You may not share your access credentials or allow others to use your authenticated session. Each user must authenticate with their own authorized Google account.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for:

• Accessing services you are explicitly authorized to use
• Personal, non-commercial purposes
• Activities consistent with the intended purpose of each service

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Attempt to access services or data you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or security measures
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Any specific uptime or availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

5.2 Maintenance and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

5.3 Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend the Service entirely at any time, with or without notice. This is a personal project with no commercial obligations.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service's code or design
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Google OAuth

Authentication is provided by Google Cloud OAuth 2.0. Your use of Google's services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's services or policies.

8.2 Backend Services

The Service provides access to various self-hosted backend services. Each service may have its own terms, conditions, or usage policies. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Warranty

We make no warranty that:

• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any data stored will be secure or preserved
• Defects will be corrected

9.2 Limitation of Liability

You are solely responsible for backing up any data or content you access through the Service. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or deletion.

10. Indemnification

11. Termination of Access

11.1 Termination by Administrator

Your access may be terminated immediately and without notice if you:

• Are no longer authorized for any reason

11.2 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request removal from the allowlist, contact the administrator.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Active sessions will be invalidated
• You must cease all use of the Service
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and disclaimers survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service.
